Correct surface preparation will ensure your label adheres to the surface you are applying it to.
Before you apply your label you should ensure the surface is clean, smooth, dry and free from any grease or dust.
Clean the surface with Isopropyl Alcohol (Available from Chemist) or similar cleaning agent such as methylated spirits and wait until dry.
Remove any grease or dust and contaminants from the surface area.
You’re now ready to apply your label. Remove label from liner (carrier) with taking special attention to not get your fingers in contact with the adhesive side of the label and apply directly to cleaned surface.
Apply some pressure to label with your fingers or roller. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure. This may take longer in colder environments.
